Biography

Linda Nikaj focuses on representing clients in personal injury cases. She earned her undergraduate degree from Baruch College before pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall. She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and was subsequently admitted to the New York State Bar. Before joining The Dearie Law Firm, she served as an Associate Attorney at both Rubin Paterniti Gonzalez Rizzo Kaufman and Mirman Markovits & Landau, PC. In these roles, she represented clients in medical malpractice litigation. Linda has worked on many types of cases, including medical malpractice, sexual assault, and other matters. In addition to her legal education, she had internships and positions at prestigious institutions, including the U.S. House of Representatives, Consulate General of Kosovo in New York, N.J. Criminal Court, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice, Legal Services of New Jersey, and the Immigration and International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall Law. Linda is also an Adjunct Professor at both Seton Hall University and Baruch College. At Seton Hall, she teaches courses on the U.S. Judicial System and Comparative Politics, and she has previously taught U.S. Foreign Policy. At Baruch, she instructs students in Introduction to American Government with a focus on the judicial system, including the Constitution and the court system.
