Lead Paint Brochure - English/Spanish

Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling a limited number of Nickelodeon and Sesame Street painted toys produced by one specific contract manufacturer.

When the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) targets lead paint poisoning as the number one environmental health threat to children, it should not be ignored. GeoTrax™ Engine Lead Paint Hazard Recall
Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling a number of Fisher-Price GeoTrax™ engines. The recalled engines were sold in retail stores nationwide from September 2006 to September 2007. The affected engine is a red engine with a yellow ladder and horn details that was sold in the H5705 GeoTrax™ Rail & Road System Freightway Transport™ and the K3013 GeoTrax™ Rail & Road System Special Track Pack. The affected toys were painted by a specific subcontractor during a limited timeframe. Fisher-Price has identified the particular pigment that was contaminated and has confirmed that it is the yellow surface paint decorating the ladder and horn details which contains lead in excess of permissible levels. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Fisher-Price has also confirmed the limited dates of manufacture impacted by this recall. It's a Big Big World™ Lead Paint Hazard Recall
Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling a number of Fisher-Price® 6-in-1 Bongo Band sets from It's a Big Big World™. The recalled Bongo Band's were sold in retail stores nationwide from July 2007 to September 2007. The affected toys were painted by a specific subcontractor during a limited timeframe. Fisher-Price has identified the particular pigment that was contaminated and has confirmed that it is the orange painted paw print decorating the clear bongo surface of the blue lid which contains lead in excess of permissible levels. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Fisher-Price has also confirmed the limited dates of manufacture impacted by this recall.
